Initial permissions

After installing the software for the first time the first user to log in has full administrator rights. This user must set the system permissions appropriately.

The cisadmin tool should be started, for example using the start menu.

Using the permissions tab the appropriate permissions can be set for each user.

At least one user must have system admin permissions.
